PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU

The Personal Data we collect directly from you is outlined in the table below.

It does not include ‘anonymised data’ (which is information where the identity of an individual has been permanently removed). HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE
