Highly Skilled DevOps Engineer (Urdu speaking)
We are looking for a proven and highly skilled DevOps Engineer (Urdu speaking) that can coordinate with the DevOps teams from Pakistan to ensure all the engineering teams are aligned. In your role, you will guide the development of our company's products by setting a very high bar when it comes to the performance and quality.
You will also enable the team to make the right choices in terms of solutions and technology as well as keeping an eye on the implementation.
As one of our property verticals operates in Pakistan, you will be playing an essential role in helping the engineering and product teams to understand Urdu scripts to make better decisions. If this sounds tempting to you and you think you are a good fit, we would love to hear from you!
Skills & Requirements
University Degree in CS, CE or closely related
Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Ability to align multiple DevOps teams from different regions on a common goal
Ability to coordinate with Project and Product Managers
Ability to own and improve the Infrastructure setup that's already in place
Ability to pick the best tech stack for upcoming projects
Must have:
Experience with cloud computing service like AWS(Amazon Web Services)
Experience with Kubernetes,
Experience with Iac Tools specially Terraform and Terragrunt
Experience with Linux, Docker, Ansible
Experience with Programming languages like Python and shell scripting
Experience with search tools like ElasticSearch, Algolia
Experience with CI tools like CircleCI, Github actions
Experience with Databases especially Postgres
Experience with managing infrastructure of large scale portals.
Experience with an International Language - English
Must know Urdu Language to coordinate with the stakeholders from Pakistan/UAE
Additional skills will be a plus:
Understanding of RealEstate and classified industry
Experience with running and deploying NodeJs applications
Knowledge of RabbitMQ and Redis
